Jael is currently the General Manager at RB PARK-HILL HOTEL Ghana and the Director of Administration of AAWTH (AFRICAN ASSOCIATION OF WOMEN IN TOURISM & HOSPITALITY), The CEO of The Haven Honeymoon Concierge. With over 10 years of active operational experience in the Tourism and Hotel Industry. Jael holds a BA in International Hospitality Business Management from University
of Derby, UK after her successful college days at The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London (CONEL). She also did Voluntary work for Nightingale House Hospice, AVOW and BAWSO in Wales UK. She has worked with Travel Agencies in the UK and Xstream Travel, USA.

After a successful Completion of her Internship with JW Marriott in Central London, Jael came to Ghana to work with Marriott Hotel in Accra (Pre-opening). She is the CEO of The Haven Honeymoon Concierge (Travel Agency). In 2021, she was nominated as the Rising Star for The Pyne Hospitality & Tourism Awards held in Nigeria and won the Most Admired Female Hospitality Professional (Hospitality Awards Ghana 21’). Jael Strives to mentor more women into tourism and
hospitality leadership roles. She provides coaching sessions and assist students with their career paths.
